It consists of two blocks; the rear one being land-locked. The front one contained a house and garage. There was a shed on the rear block which could have been a workshop.

Although it is not obvious from this perspective, the shed at the back has been demolished.

There are a number of things that suggest Varitimos was involved in the building of his own house and surrounds.
The blocks making up the fence and lower floor are very decorative and unusual so possibly could have been made by him. The house itself is probably brick with cement render; whilst the roof is tiled, which is unusual for the area.
If you look closely at the rear of the house you can see an open gateway that would have led to the shed in the second block.
