TIMELINE

1978:  Krugers Sawmill relocated from Bundamba to Dinmore to construct the site.

Early 1990s:  Besser Pioneer takes over the site and probably built the enormous new shed.

1999 Austral Bricks purchases the site.

Somewhere around 2016 brick operations appear to have largely finished.

Eventually Ausco Modular purchased the site and are the current owner.

KRUGERS SAWMILL FROM ABOVE 1982 According to aerial photos this building arrangement remained at least to 1990s. A huge shed will be later constructed on the right-hand (eastern) side of the site. Source: Q Imagery.
THE SITE IN 1994 Site has been partly cleaned up and modified; and the new shed built. This was probably undertaken by Besser Pioneer when they took over. Source: Q Imagery.

AUSTRAL PAVER VIEWED FROM ITS END. The only brick at the site that had an Austral logo.
THE ONLY OTHER AUSTRAL BRICK I HAVE IN MY COLLECTION. Found it in Brassall. Much too old to have been sourced from the Riverview Brickworks.
